Application Process

Interview

We evaluate all applications based on overall experience, education, and skill. If your鈥痵kills and experience match the criteria for the job, you may be invited to participate in an interview. During this conversation, our recruiter will provide more information about the job and the team responsible for hiring the position.

Our interview process can take place onsite or virtually and, in most cases, you鈥檒l meet with a panel of individuals who understand the needs of the role and what it takes to be successful at 开云体育 Energy Group. This panel will consist of a diverse selection of employees, including the hiring manager. We encourage candidates to come with an understanding of our business, mission and vision, and ask questions during the process.

Offers

Upon selection, you鈥檒l receive a call from one of our recruiters along with a contingent offer letter. After accepting the offer, a background check and drug screening is required. Once these clearances are obtained, you鈥檒l be given a start date, and we鈥檒l warmly welcome you to 开云体育 Energy Group on your first day!
